DDA Housing Scheme 2014 is becoming popular among the residents of Delhi. More than DDA 25000 flats are available for sale on draw. 

Why DDA Flats are popular? 

People of Delhi anbd NCR wish to buy DDA Flats because of attractive rate or cost of ownership. Because of cheap cost and installment facility through banks, people are eager to apply for the DDA Flat Scheme 2014. 

How to Apply:
One can apply for DDA Flats 2014 through Banks also. Altogether 13 banks are participating in the DDA Flat scheme 2014. These banks are Punjab National Bank (PNB), State Bank of India (SBI), Central Bank of India (CBI), Corporation,, Syndicate,, Union Bank of India (UBI), Indusland, Kotak Mahindra Bank (KMB), IDBI Bank, ICICI Bank, Yes Bank, HDFC and Axis Bank.


How to get DDA Forms:

DDA Flat forms are available at DDA office or from the 13 banks mentioned above from 1st September 2014 to 9th October 2014. Draw of the lot may be held with 20 days from the day of scheme closure. 

Type of DDA Flats:

Out of the 25,034 flats 22,627 DDA Flats are one-bed room apartments. The DDA Scheme offers flats ranging from Rs.7 lakh to Rs 1.2 Cr - EWS, LIG, MIG, HIG, Janta flats and one-room apartments.
  
Registration Fees: Registration fees for DDA Flats is Rs.1 Lakh for all categories and Rs.10000/- for EWS (Economically Weaker Section) category. 

There is no income limit for 1 bed-room falts and for EWS category, there is an option to pay through instalments. 

For Unsuccessful applicants DDA would return registration amount within 90 days of the draw of lots. 

Any Indian citizens above 18 years of old can apply for DDA Flats 2014 scheme. One person can apply for 1 application and applicant must not own any residential flats in Delhi.
